End of Day Reflections:

Inspired by Triggers, by Marshall Goldsmith. Things that I want to reflect on daily.

  • Family.

    • Was I the best father I can be?

    • What can I do to be a better father?

    • Was I the best husband I can be?

    • What can I do to be a better husband?

  • Fitness.

    • Did I exercise?

    • Did I eat well?

    • Did I sleep well?

  • Learning.

    • Did I learn something new, or refresh on a topic?

    • Did I read?

  • Solitude and mindfulness.

    • Did I take time to think?

    • Did I take time to slow down?

  • Gratitude.

    • What was I most grateful for today?

    • Did I appreciate what I had today?

  • Connections.

    • Did I sustain or make meaningful connections today?

    • Did I reach out to anyone or connect someone?

  • Generosity.

    • Was I helpful to anyone today?

    • Did I give more than I received today?
